The Sterling is committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing them with Refund, Return, and Exchange Services.

EXCHANGES

However, if in case that you receive the wrong product or the incorrect size that you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.

All you need to do is to initiate an exchange request through our website with the particular order number within 3 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.

If the Customer Received an Item in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / please mail us at thesterling07@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the damaged product within 24-48 Hours of delivery. We are only accepting returns for Manufacturing Damaged Pieces within 3 Days of delivery.

  • Return requests are to be placed within 2 Days of product delivery By reaching out to Agent.
  • If you're facing any Difficulties in requesting a Refund or Return you can mail us at thesterling07@gmail.com
  • In case of return, you'll get a full refund via the payment link we'll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Netbanking.
  • You'll Receive Refund Within 24 hours after the Return Product Reaches our Warehouse. 

 

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.

 

REFUNDS

All refunds will be processed/credited in a form of COUPON CODE that can be used for future purchases. NO refund will be processed in bank account.
